Twitter Tips from An Author

Here are my Twitter tips (from an author to other authors)...

Tip #1: Take time to browse tweets from friends.

Tip #2: Respond to any follows or direct messages I receive in my inbox (which right now is a few now and then).

Tip #3: Post tweets of your book page, blog, and other sites are tied to twitter so when you make a blog post or a post on FB it shows up as a tweet with a link.

Tip #4: When you join a new site make sure to see if they have the option of connecting on twitter or FB. And if they do, connect with them!

Thanks for sharing! I'm continuing to learn more about Twitter each day as there is always something new coming out. But, you covered several of the basics really well! It's so easy to get distracted with the new bells and whistles sometimes :)
