Cost of Book
|
- See the book cost calculator at Lulu.com for exact costs. For example, a US digest 8.5 x 5.5 inch soft cover book with publisher grade paper and perfect bound,
the cost at Lulu is $5.35 per book.
- However the same size book at Createspace (Pro Plan) is $3.13 per book. I definitely recommend the
Createspace Pro Plan for the best
quality at the lowest price, especially if you plan on ordering a lot of extra books to sell offline.

Ultimately the decision is up to you. There are positives and negatives to each company. For many reasons,
Createspace is a better option for me.
However, Lulu is a great option as well. Especially if you're publishing a cookbook, a hardback book or a children's book
Lulu may be the best choice for you.
