Shelley is One of the Most Amazing Person's I Have Ever Met

Without a doubt, Shelley Hitz is one of the most amazing person's I have ever met. Her story impacts not only me, but thousands of people around the world.

What impressed me the most about Shelley is when I started to write my book 'No Reason to Live' she took time out of her busy schedule to set me up with everything from the templates to the actual publishing company.

Obviously with being a first time author I had a million questions and I had nowhere to direct them but to her. She not only answered them but did it with compassion and grace. Over time I learned how to use my publishers website to my advantage and I really didn't need to direct any more questions to her, but she still would follow up with me to see how I was coming along with the book, and that's what makes Shelley so good at what she does. She really does care and it shows through her work and websites.

I am a fellow long-time SBI-er. In the forums I am a regular reader, contributing now and then, and getting to know various nice people. Some people stick with one, and I have enjoyed your posts. But this recent thread on self-publishing and your new site really booted me into writing, to say well done! Informative...Very Useful

Carolyn H Johnson posted the link to your publishing tips in her blog, and I found them quite informative. Although I'm not interested in self-publishing for a number of reasons, I found the link to Sigil very useful. My eBook was having a problem understanding drop caps and I think this editor will be helpful (once I learn how to navigate it). So, thanks!
